Why these numbers
The Living Code asks stewards to walk their talk. These counts are the evidence — rhythm-of-work, not engagement. Members are who actually lives on the land. Openings, gatherings, and witnesses are NIP-52 and NIP-99 events the steward signed. Applications are signed intent from seekers. If a steward stops signing, the numbers go quiet. That’s the point.
